Charges And Payment - (Advertisers Only):
We shall issue an invoice in respect of our charges by fax or post 7 days after you register your details on our website GoGym. You shall pay to us the charges set out in our invoice, no later than on receipt of the invoice and certainly within 21 days of the Invoice date. We do not offer any credit facilities or terms of longer than 28 days and reserve the right to take whatever action is deemed necessary to recover any monies owed after this time, without further reference to yourselves. All charges are exclusive of VAT. Rates of tax and duties on the Services will be those applying at the time of payment. When offered, special introductory rates are only subject to the given deadline been met. Any payment after the mentioned dead line would not benefit from any special offer and charged at the normal rate.
Listing Content:
Registered customers have a responsibility to ensure that their listings contain up-to-date and accurate information. All new listings are reviewed for content prior to posting and may be edited to correct minor deficiencies such as typographical and spelling errors.
As with all other posted content, photos are subject to review and editing by our staff. We may crop or resize your images to make them compatible with our website's layout. Photos may only contain pictures of the facility's interior, exterior, or corporate logo, and are limited in size to 1Mb. Images may be rejected if they are unclear or of poor resolution GoGym reserves the right to use these images and data in the layout of our website, promotion materials, or any other aspect of our operations.
Coupons and Promotions:
Registered fitness facilities who offer coupons must ensure that their employees are familiar with their existence and terms of use. All valid coupons printed by our users and presented to your staff for redemption must be honoured, provided the coupons' terms of use are not violated and that the individual or group or individuals presenting the coupon(s) is not suspected of malicious intentions. Although listings should be maintained current at all times, promotions may expire before the listing can be updated by the customer. In this case, the decision to honor expired promotions listed on our website is left to the facilities who previously offered them. Users should contact the facility before attending to ensure that the promotion offered is still valid. Failure to honor coupons or other promotions listed on our website may result in delisting without refund.
